Dwayne Mitchell is the pastor of youth and worship at Peel Pentecostal Tabernacle since March 2004.  He formally served at youth/children’s pastor for 18 months in St. Lunaire/Griquet, Newfoundland.  Dwayne served the Lord passionately from a young age. 

At the age of 17 Dwayne traveled full time in a Gospel Singing group called Heirs of Grace until he commenced his studies at Eastern Pentecostal Bible College/Master’s College and Seminary, September 1998, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Theology Degree April 2002.

On November 13, 2004, Pastor Mitchell married Charlene Bennett.  Charlene has a career in Level II Dental Assisting, but is also very active in the ministries of the church.  Charlene complements Dwayne with her musical giftedness, and is a great asset to the Children’s department of PPT
