Pastor Flight has been ministering since 1984 as Senior Pastor to a number of churches.  He graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, Peterborough, Ontario that same year and began his ministry with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland.

In May 2000 he began ministry at Peel Pentecostal Tabernacle, and God's favor has been evident throughout that time.  The church has grown to a congregation of approximately 500 with ministries to all age groups and cultural diversities.

Pastor Flight and his wife Philomena have three grown and married sons and two grandsons.

His philosophy of ministry is defined by prayer, the Word of God and missions.  He believes that since Jesus died for all, then all should hear the Gospel of deliverance and hope.
