Powerhouse of Praise Youth Ministries:

Our Youth ministry is a fun and interactive ministry which allows youth ages 12-19, to meet one another and have a place they feel welcomed.  We also place a huge emphasis on a dynamic walk with God.  Youth today have so much to contend with, and so many traps that Satan has set for their lives, but what will combat this is a relationship with a BIG God!  We do not want to produce program attendees, but rather ministers who will affect their world today and tomorrow.

C.I.T

The C.I.T ministry here at Peel is a new ministry started at the church to meet the needs of our changing young people. Children in Transition (C.I.T) is geared to minister to children in grade 6 (between 10 and 12 years old) that have come through Children's ministry programs but are not quite ready for the dynamics of youth ministry.

C.I.T ministry focuses on building mature Christians, giving them a foundation in Biblical teaching and Christian living. Through teaching, discussions and activities, the C.I.T ministry builds personal relationship between the children as will as with their pastor. Upon graduation of the C.I.T program it is the desire of the church leadership that students would be prepared to face the challenges of adolescent life in the 21st century and be spiritually mature to engage the world around them that they would make an impact for the Kingdom of God.
